Temple Israel seating, NYC for Luke Hughes


Installed Autumn 2023, this was an extremely constrained brief. The chairs link front and back, those without arms stack, chairs on inclined floor were scribed and fixed on site, and the the little rectangle can be updated with names/numbers by smartphone. And when you stack them, the prayer book tray folds up underneath.
